We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for rugs purchased through chamanrugs.com. Please contact the gallery before returning your rug.
Requesting a return
Email ChamanRugs@gmail.com or call (516) 883 1717 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order reference and the rug you wish to return. We will provide return instructions before you send it back.
Condition of the rug
The rug must be returned in the same original condition in which it was delivered.
Return shipping
The buyer pays for insured return shipping for a standard return. There is no restocking fee. Free U.S. shipping on your original order does not include free return shipping.
Please follow the gallery’s packing and shipping instructions so the rug can be returned safely.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your rug arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact Chaman with your order reference and photographs. Chaman covers return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned rug is received and inspected. The gallery will confirm your refund once the inspection is complete.
Marketplace purchases
This policy applies to purchases made directly through chamanrugs.com. Purchases made on 1stDibs or Chairish follow the return terms provided by that marketplace for your order.
